Late Policy:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled within the proper time frame.

No Shows:
No-shows will result in forfeited deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
